I really wanted to like this, and at first I kind of did—actually, I still think it’s cute, but for what I paid, I expected a little more. It feels basic and not much different from cheaper ones I’ve bought before. Once shipping and everything got added on, the total climbed fast. Maybe it’s great for someone else, but for me, I just don’t feel like I got the value I was hoping for

The website does work, which is nice, but the design feels outdated and a bit messy. It kind of gives off the vibe of something that hasn’t been refreshed in years

I ordered from ryanandrose.co hoping it would be a simple everyday baby item, but cleaning it has been way more frustrating than it should be. Food and gunk get stuck in all the little edges, and I kept finding myself spending extra time trying to scrub it out.

Even after washing it, I still didn’t feel like it was truly clean, which is not something I’m willing to compromise on when it comes to anything my baby uses. Companies making baby products should be more thoughtful about hygiene and convenience, so this was disappointing for me.

I thought this was really cute when I first got it, and the website made it seem like it would hold up well. So I’m confused and disappointed that it cracked after only about two weeks. Definitely not what I was expecting

Maybe it’s just me, but waiting three weeks for an order with barely any tracking updates feels frustrating. I’ve emailed twice and still haven’t gotten a clear answer. It’s extra annoying because this was supposed to be a gift, so the whole situation has been disappointing

I didn’t have a great experience with the customer service here. The whole interaction felt kind of cold, i got the feeling they weren’t being totally upfront with me. Maybe I’m wrong, but something about it just seemed off.

I ordered from Ryan & Rose because I expected it to feel a little more premium, but when it arrived the material just felt kind of cheap to me. It also seemed to pick up lint and smells quickly, which made me nervous, well, not nervous exactly, but definitely uneasy about my baby chewing on it.
The safety information didn’t feel super clear either, and that was kind of the deciding factor for me. I ended up not using it at all, and I do regret spending the money on it.
